Level 2 is for people who build and manage SharePoint sites. You'll create lists and libraries, set up views and filters, configure permissions, build team sites, and work with workflows and content types.
A common source of confusion is when to use SharePoint versus OneDrive. We explain it clearly: OneDrive is for personal files and small shares. SharePoint is for team and organizational content. Getting this right from the start prevents a lot of file management headaches.
